New England Fitness services the equipment we sell. We have our own in-house service department and team of technicians who work throughout New England.
To manage all incoming service requests, our service department uses a web-based, real time dispatching system. This system allows us to immediately communicate new service calls and specific job details to the service technician. Utilization of this system minimizes down time between when the service call is placed and when the technician arrives onsite.
