The service department at New England Fitness consistently strives to be at the leading edge of product and service support. All service technicians are required to maintain a certification with the manufacturers that we represent. Some carry certification Level 1 or 2 with Precor as well as Cardio Theater.

We pride ourselves on our ability to inform and educate our customers. We are committed to building a working relationship with our clients. By informing you of the status of repairs and costs, you are able to make the most effective and economical decisions that are best for your facility.



We also utilize a real time, on-line, dispatching system to minimize the down time between when a service call is placed to when the technician arrives. Along with this, we use an on line parts inventory system to see who or where a part is located, so that we can have the part with us at the time of the first visit.
