New England Fitness services customer equipment throughout New England. We consistently strive to be at the forefront of product and service support. Our team of professional service technicians holds either a Level 1 or 2 certification with Precor and Cardio Theater. This ensures that we are familiar with the most up-to-date ways to diagnose and repair our customers' equipment.

Service TeamTo manage all incoming service requests, our service department uses a web-based, real time dispatching system. This system allows us to immediately communicate new service calls and specific job details to the service technician. Utilization of this system minimizes down time between when the service call is placed and when the technician arrives onsite.

The service department at New England Fitness also offers a Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) to help maintain and extend the life of our customers' equipment.
